We accept returns within 14 days from when your order is received.

Return Guidelines:
-All items must be new, unworn, and with the original tags attached.
-Products marked *final sale* cannot be returned.
Exchanges: We're unable to process an exchange, but you're welcome to place a new order (while the item(s) are still available) and send in your return separately.
How to Process a Return: Simply email us at shopnewcb@gmail.com with "Return Request" in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for return within the email. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Once your return has been approved, a refund will be issued back to your original form of payment.
Gift Return: If you received an item as a gift, please reach out and we'd be happy to issue store credit.
